Oxford Capitol is holding a Community Meeting about the new  proposed housing project at the Creekside Inn.

The plan is a significant pivot from those previously contemplated, as it no longer includes a hotel use; it is entirely residential, consisting of a 249 unit multi-family building fronting ECR and Matadero Avenue and 42 townhomes across the remainder of the property and adjacent to the R-1 neighbors. A ground floor retail space will also be incorporated into the multi-family building where the Driftwood Deli could operate if they choose to do so.
