At State of Mind we make our food from scratch, highlighting local and seasonal ingredients. This is how we eat as a family and we want to share it with you.
Our menu is inspired by the agricultural bounty and diversity we are so blessed to have here in the Golden State. After all, California is much more than a place on a map; it’s a “State of Mind.”
Our slow-proofed dough is made from 100% natural flour. We hand stretch all of our pizzas and bake them in a high-heat electric oven.
