Coldwell Banker real estate agent Gwen Luce has been a resident of Barron Park for 25 years, but she's been selling houses in the neighborhood since the mid- '80s. It's not the only place she does business - her listings commonly crop up throughout the Peninsula - but it is her forte. It makes sense when you think about it. She's familiar with every inch of the neighborhood. She knows the people and equally importantly the houses.

Besides selling real estate in our neighborhood and counseling her past and present buyers and sellers “for life”, Gwen has been a Board Member of the Barron Park Association since she moved here - as Chair of the Welcoming Committee, she makes sure all new residents are greeted with a BPA Greeting Packet she compiles and arranges for their neighbors to deliver; she is proof reader of our quarterly newsletter and helps with membership and cultural and educational events sponsored by the BPA.
