DESCRIPTION:Oxford Capitol is holding a Community Meeting about the new  proposed housing project at the Creekside Inn. \nThe plan is a significant pivot from those previously contemplated\, as it no longer includes a hotel use; it is entirely residential\, consisting of a 249 unit multi-family building fronting ECR and Matadero Avenue and 42 townhomes across the remainder of the property and adjacent to the R-1 neighbors. A ground floor retail space will also be incorporated into the multi-family building where the Driftwood Deli could operate if they choose to do so. Since the City is slow to provide on their own website\, here is a link to the plans \nYou are invited to attend and bring your questions about the impact this project will have on the Barron Park neighborhood.
